i have a 70 rogue and a 64 pally and i was wondering if i should make an arcane mage. on my rogue they always kite me if my cloke of shadows or shadow step cd isn't up. same with my pally if my hand of freedom isn't up. but if blizz nerfs them i wouldn't be able to kite as good. plz tell me if u no if there gonna get nerfed....
